Refunds:

Refunds are governed by P. K. Enterprises’s policies. Refund requests must be made via the Platform within the specified period.

Regulatory Compliance:

For transactions above INR 49,000, buyers must upload a PAN card scan within four days. Failure to comply will result in order cancellation.
